    Join Microsoft Teams Meeting
You can also join our meeting via the following URL

You must enter your access code: e.g. IACOLS4290 Note(s):
    • You might be prompted to download ‘Microsoft Teams’.
    • On a computer/laptop/desktop you will not be required to download any software (view in browser).
    • On a Tablet or any mobile device (including tablets with keyboards) YOU MUST download the Microsoft software.
    • If you are using a company’s device, please ensure no security provisions are in place to block access (including VPN’s).

    Whilst Studying Online

You will be required to attend the ‘study time slot’ allocated to you. IAC Safety Services has an obligation to ensure that all evidence gathered is valid, sufficient and authentic. These rules apply to all studies even those conducted online i.e. the same student obligations apply, just as if you were attending a facility in person.

Your ‘Student Code of Conduct and Responsibilities’ are outlined in your Student Handbook. You will be required to keep your camera and microphone on, and actively participate in the lesson so that your trainer / assessor can verify your attendance.

Note: Failure to comply with these conditions may result in you being considered not in attendance and therefore Not Competent. Rebooking fees may also apply.

    Post Studying Online

For most units, your results will be available to you after the completion of your online assessment. Some subjects do require an assessor to review your answers and provide feedback. Reasonable adjustment may apply in some circumstances. You have the right to appeal academic decisions in accordance with the procedures outlined in your Student Handbook.

Upon Successful completion of your online theory component, you will be allocated a ‘practical time slot’ to attend one of the facilities to conduct your practical competency assessments. Once this is successfully completed you will have achieved your studies and be eligible to be issued your qualification(s).
If you have any issues fell free to call us on 1300 887 317.
