CORONAVIRUS NOTICE

To our valued students and clients,

The emergence and spread of the coronavirus means that this is an unsettling time for us all, and for IAC Safety Services the safety of students, clients and staff remains our first priority.

In light of the current events and in order to mitigate the ongoing risk of the spread of the COVID19 virus, effective immediately, and until further notice, IAC Safety Services will be implementing the following changes to our operations:

All classes will be conducted in an on-line format. Where practicable students will not be required to participate in a physical classroom setting, and where they are, will keep their social distancing by keeping at least 1 vacant seat between themselves and others students.

For a student’s practical Assessment, student numbers will be reduced in line with recent Government instructions, and students will be required to keep the 1.5 metre social distancing.

To reduce contamination and surface contact, IAC will also be supplementing our rigorous cleaning schedule with additional services.

If you show any of the following symptoms you may not attend the facility: symptoms include fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue, and shortness of breath.

We will continue to update our training policies and procedures to accommodate emerging COVID19 issues, and be sure to inform you of these as the situation develops.

Call this line if you are seeking information on coronavirus (COVID-19). The line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1800 020 080. If you require translating or interpreting services, call 131 450.
